Content of PIP

Professional Incubation Program

PIP is delivered in three structured phases, progressively building students from basic communication to corporate-level proficiency.


PHASE 1 – Basic Foundation

  1. Listening to audios/videos and answering MCQs as well as descriptive questions
  2. J1 Activity: Coming on stage and speaking for 1 minute about oneself
  3. Understanding body language and its role in effective speaking
  4. Reading a paragraph and answering comprehension-based questions
  5. Appearing for online assessments
  6. Mandatory newspaper reading

Focus: Building confidence, overcoming hesitation, and strengthening listening & basic speaking skills.


PHASE 2 – Advanced Communication

  1. Listening to longer videos, identifying new vocabulary, and answering related questions
  2. Delivering a 3-minute monologue on a given topic
  3. Participating in debates
  4. Reading a book and presenting a book review
  5. Appearing for online assessments
  6. Mandatory newspaper reading

Focus: Enhancing vocabulary, structured speaking, analytical thinking, and public expression.


PHASE 3 – Corporate Communication

  1. Preparing short videos on self or assigned topics
  2. Role play based on case studies
  3. Role plays simulating corporate meetings
  4. Preparing Agenda and Minutes of Meetings
  5. Drafting Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
  6. Mandatory newspaper reading
  7. Writing corporate emails, quotations, and business proposals

Focus: Developing corporate communication skills and professional writing abilities.
