Background of C2C
Campus to Corporate
It has been consistently observed that many fresh graduates, even after receiving a job offer, experience doubt, fear, and uncertainty about the organization they are about to join and their ability to perform within it.
A fresh recruit — whether appointed as a Management Trainee or Technical Trainee — often finds difficulty adjusting to both the human and operational environment of the organization. The shift from academic life to corporate life is not merely a change of location; it is a complete change of expectations, discipline, accountability, and performance standards.
Many organizations do not have structured induction programs. They expect individuals to adapt independently, understand workplace culture quickly, and begin delivering results from the very beginning.
For a young graduate, this sudden transition can feel overwhelming:
- From a protected academic atmosphere to a performance-driven environment
- From casual campus life to disciplined professional conduct
- From flexible schedules to fixed working hours
- From theoretical learning to practical accountability
As a result, some individuals struggle with adjustment, lose confidence, feel frustrated, or even leave their jobs early — not due to lack of capability, but due to lack of orientation.
C2C – Campus to Corporate – was conceptualized to address this transition gap and prepare individuals for the realities of corporate life.
The program is designed and led by Mr. Shailesh Thakkar, who brings over 42 years of cross-sector experience and has worked with nearly 20 organizations, rising to the level of CEO. His extensive exposure to diverse corporate cultures and leadership roles enables him to guide fresh recruits with practical insights drawn from real-world corporate environments.
C2C ensures that graduates do not enter the corporate world with uncertainty — but with clarity, confidence, and readiness to perform.
