Professional Incubation Program

For enhancing employability, communication in English is of paramount importance.

A large percentage of students entering professional courses come from vernacular backgrounds. While they may have scored well academically, many struggle when the medium of instruction shifts to English.

They are technically sound, but often unable to present their knowledge effectively in English. This creates hesitation, self-doubt, and sometimes even discontinuation of studies due to language barriers.

PIP was conceptualized to remove this obstacle during the crucial incubation phase of a student's career.

Unlike short-term English grooming modules, PIP is a structured long-term program conducted from Semester 1 to Semester 3. It gradually develops students from basic communication levels to corporate communication standards, aligned conceptually with A1–C2 levels of global English frameworks.

PIP ensures that language becomes a strength — not a hindrance.
